  • Submit your application directly via our recruiting platform.
    Didn’t find a match? No problem – feel free to send us an open application. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
  • If everything points to a good mutual fit, we’ll invite you to a short intro call. You’ll hear from us soon after the call about what is next.
  • You’ll also have a short chemistry call (15–30 minutes) with our management team. We’ll get back to you soon after with the next steps.
  • Next, you’ll meet a colleague from the relevant team. After that, you’ll receive a case to work on in your own time and present your solution to us.
  • Some roles include one more interview step. If that applies to your position, we’ll let you know early on.
  • If it feels like a good fit for you, and for us, we’ll prepare your offer. If you accept, we’ll move forward with the contract.

We rely on modern tools and clear structures – from project work to spontaneous check-ins. What matters most to us: staying connected, even from a distance. Virtual coffee breaks, set routines, and regular offsite meetups help us build real connections in our everyday work.

What working time models does qwp offer?

We offer flexible working hours that adapt to your life – whether that’s full-time, part-time, or a personalized setup. Just talk to us and we’ll find a solution that works for both sides.

Can I work from abroad at qwp?

Yes, you can work in an EU country for up to 150 days per year. Whether you want to extend your summer or be near your friends or family in another part of Europe – your workplace is flexible.

Does qwp support retirement planning?

Yes, retirement planning is part of your overall package at qwp. You decide which model fits you best – we’re flexible and support you in setting it up.

What does onboarding look like at qwp?

Shortly before your first day, you’ll receive your laptop and everything else you need to get started. From day one, your team will support you in setting things up and guide you through the onboarding process. You’ll get to know all the teams, gain insights into current projects, and get familiar with how we work – clearly structured, with space for your questions and time to settle in.

Does qwp also make time for in-person meetups?

Absolutely – and we look forward to them every time. Twice a year, our team gets together in person: to connect, laugh, and enjoy time together – always in inspiring places that leave a lasting impression. And in between, we also meet face to face for team workshops or on-site sessions with clients.
