We are currently looking for remote for the support of qwp and our AI start-up NEXperts, we are looking for an ambitious and energetic 
Head of AI and Data Technology (m/f/d)who shares our marketing vision and takes it to the next level.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Several years of experience as a Solutions Architect, AI Engineer or Data Scientist with a focus on GenAI, Machine Learning or Data Engineering
• Sound knowledge of vibe coding or common AI development languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, SQL and cloud architectures (Azure or European services for cloud services)
• Experience in the development of AI solutions: Design, deployment and optimization of generative AI (GenAI) and LLM solutions
  (e.g. RAG, MCP, user-defined co-pilots or agents)
• Experience with integration and optimization: embedding GenAI into existing workflows; optimizing models in terms of performance, cost and latency (e.g. quantization)
• Experience in the technical management of teams and projects
• Ability to present complex AI architectures in an understandable way for decision-makers and stakeholders
• Experience in the design and implementation of data models and processes
• Desirable: Project experience in medium-sized companies and familiarity with their technological conditions and requirements
• Very good knowledge of German and English

YOUR TASKS:

• Establishment and expansion of the NEXperts "Data & AI Technology" unit
• Implementation of knowledge bots, automation & AI agents, e.g. in the HR & automotive sector and localization
• Design and implementation of new AI data processes and AI data models, system architectures
• Management of teams and projects 
• Pre-sales, design and outline of technological concepts and project implementation
• First point of contact for all technology-related topics
• Communication and marketing of NEXperts as a platform for AI expertise (e.g. participation in webinars, training courses, white papers, identification of tech trends, etc.)
• Customer consulting for technological areas, topics, implementation
• Close cooperation with NEXperts Consulting and Transformation
